Do you take on small repair jobs, or only full houses?
Both. A blocked drain or a leaking tap is as welcome as a new build. Small jobs are how most of our long-term clients started with us.
How much does building a house in Tripura cost?
It depends far more on the finish level than on the square footage. We would rather visit and give you a real number than quote a per-square-foot rate that turns out to mean nothing once you pick your tiles.
Do you work outside Agartala?
Yes, across most of Tripura. Distance affects the timeline more than the price. Call and ask about your area.
Can you do only the plumbing if someone else is building?
Yes. A good share of our work is plumbing and sanitation on other contractors' sites.
How do payments work?
In stages, against work actually completed. Nothing large is needed upfront.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and what is already running. Call and ask — we would rather tell you honestly than promise a date we cannot keep.
